Lovely Hamsa with Star of David earrings! I created these with Hamsa Hand charms with the Star of David at the palms, above which I added tiny Chinese crystals in cobalt blue and metallic silver. Hamsas, often referred to as Hand of Fatima, are thought to be to be a logo of protection in many societies right through history. The earrings measure 1 7/8″ from the tops in their antiqued silver metal earwires to the ground of the Hamsas. The Hamsa charms measure 3/4″ tall and 1/2″ wide. These would make a treasured Hanukkah gift to be worn all year spherical. Hanukkah begins on December 18 this year and ends on December 26. Giving gifts anytime all the way through these 8 days is acceptable.
